Music Performance, Undergraduate Certificate

An undergraduate performance certificate allows any student, via audition, access to the same level of private lessons and ensemble participation as our performance majors. Add to any undergraduate degree.

For our talented undergraduate students who are studying in different degree programs within the School of Music or non-music majors from around the university, we offer a performance certificate to further your artistic abilities at the college level. Acquire additional credits and guidance from our outstanding professors in your area of interest.

What You’ll Study

The completion of the undergraduate performance certificate program requires successful completion of two half-recitals or one full recital, which will be the musical equivalent to a senior thesis experience. All graduates will receive the performance certificate upon completion, and music majors will graduate with distinction in music performance.
