
The Director of Program Development is responsible for identifying new opportunities in both U.S. and international markets for custom executive education programs, managing relationships with corporate and government clients, and for the designing and directing of successful program delivery. The director is also a senior manager within the executive education team and will be expected to contribute to executive education strategy, marketing, sales and represent the Associate Dean and the department when needed.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's-level qualification, preferably in a business, marketing or education-related field. Good understanding of the business education field from the perspective of the supplier and purchasers of our executive education. Comfortable in starting conversations with people with whom they have not had a prior relationship. Experience working in an academic or business setting related to training and/or executive education.
Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record in creating and managing the development and delivery of executive education programs. Able to work comfortably and effectively with senior people within organizations. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
