Dr. Stacy Wood, associate professor of marketing, and Dr. Doug Woodward, director of the Division of Research and professor of economics, have both been awarded funding for work with undergraduate research projects through the University of South Carolina’s Magellan Scholar Program. Dr. Wood and sophomore Tammy Hsu have been awarded $3,000 for their project titled "Variable Reward Value in Celebrity Status: fMRI Evidence." Dr. Woodward and junior Ryan Burke were awarded $2,500 for their project titled "MGS: Academia Cluster Development in the United Arab Emirates."
