The Department of Economics seeks applicants for an anticipated position in applied microeconomics at the rank of assistant professor to begin in fall 2009. Applicants should have fields in environmental/resource economics, labor economics, microeconomic aspects of development, or public economics. Excellence in teaching and a high level of research productivity are expected. The department of economics offers Ph.D., Masters, and undergraduate degrees in economics, and supports graduate and undergraduate degrees in business administration offered by the Moore School of Business, in which the department is administratively housed.
