
The Associate Director of Recruiting will be responsible for increasing enrollment size of all masters programs and enhancing quality of enrolled candidates, build relationships with corporate and non-profit organizations to enhance the reputation of the school, and improve alumni coordination with recruitment and retention efforts.
Responsible for marking and recruiting for all masters programs, including, but not limited to the International MBA, MHR, MACC, MAECON, PMBA, and EIMBA programs. The candidate will travel to corporate locations, a variety of MBA Fairs, Graduate School Fairs and other institutional sessions/meetings, and will provide detailed program-related information through one-on-one consultation and conduct workshops or serve on discussion panels.
Master's degree in Student Personnel Services or related field and five (5) years related experience, or a bachelor's degree and seven (7) years related experience.
Excellent organizational, planning, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required. The qualified candidate will possess superior computer skills in Microsoft Office, database management, and website maintenance.
