Biography

John Gordanier earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2006 and his B.S. in economics and statistics from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2000. 

He joined the Department of Economics at the Moore School of Business in 2007 after spending one year as a visiting assistant professor at Amherst College.

His research interests are in personnel economics, labor economics and industrial organization.  He is currently a member of the advisory panel for the Law Firm's Working Group, a cross-disciplinary group of researchers studying empirical aspects of law firms.
