Admissions Process


Applying to Graduate and Doctorate Programs at Moore

 

 

Application checklist

In addition to $100 application fee, the following documents must be submitted for admission consideration:

1. Application for Graduate School 6.  Official Graduate Transcripts (if applicable)
2. Supplemental Application 7.  Resume
3. GMAT or GRE (program specific) 8.  Statement of Career Objectives (500-word essay)
4. TOEFL or IELTS (code: 5818) 9.  International Questionnaire (IMBA only)
5. Official Undergraduate Transcripts 10. Two Letters of Recommendation

 

Application Process

1.   Applications are made to the Graduate School of the University of South Carolina then forwarded to the Moore School of Business once your application is complete.

2.   Once Moore Graduate Admissions receives your completed application from the USC Graduate School, we will review all aspects of it holistically and to match the profile of the program you seek to enter. 

3.   We seek to enroll students who will bring experience, leadership, teamwork, success, and a desire to learn from eachother and contribute to the classroom and community.

4.   Some of our degree programs require interviews, and you may be invited at this point for an interview. 

5.   After the Moore Graduate Admissions Committee has made a decision regarding your application, Moore will forward their recommendation to the USC Graduate School.

6.   The USC Graduate School will make the Final Admission Decision and notify you via postal mail. They will also post your decision on your online application webpage.

Test of English as a Foreign Lanaguage (TOEFL) information is available at http://toefl.org.  Our TOEFL and IELTS School code is 5818.

Undergraduate applicants may apply through the University of South Carolina Admissions Office by electronic online application or by downloading and printing the application from the Admissions Office site.
