Needs Assessment
The Daniel-Mickel Center specializes in conducting in-depth training needs analysis for all
levels of management. This analysis can be customized to meet an organization's training objectives
and can be conducted by focus group, survey, or by online assessment tools. We have conducted
several of these
for various organizations, such as Fujifilm, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Hitachi.
We have found that individual organizations have individual training needs. No two
organizations are alike and we believe that the most effective training program is one that is
customized to meet the needs of each organization. By conducting a training needs analysis,
the Daniel-Mickel Center can identify these needs in your organization for which to more
effectively design a training solution. Competencies can be measured and weighed against your
organization's specific goals.
Our ability to design and administer training assessments over the internet has led to
several successful management certificate programs designed for companies to match specific
organization needs. Fujifilm and Hitachi are among a growing list of clients turning to the
Daniel-Mickel Center for help in this area. There are
a number of flexible options that we have available for your organization. These
include a standardized assessment of a basic list of management competencies and a customized
assessment designed for your company's unique needs.
Customized Assessment
A number of companies have taken advantage of the Daniel-Mickel Center's ability to
customize an assessment for their organization.
Taking a list of competencies that your organization provides, we can create an online
assessment for your management teams that
measure what you want to measure. We can then report those results back to you and help
you design a training program specific
for your organization's training needs.
